In recent weeks the world has been forced to face the reality of a global spread of COVID-19. Our hearts are directed towards all those affected and we are committed to doing our part to reduce the transmission of the virus.
The authorities selected the pool cleaning and maintenance service as essential to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, helping to maintain the community's health and ensure public safety.
We are closely monitoring ongoing development and are focused on ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.
Our team needs to continue the service and our employees are exposed, however, we are taking precautions and following CDC instructions. Employees have been instructed to stay home if they feel sick.
Without proper pool maintenance (which includes circulation and water treatment), various pathogens can grow, such as Pseudomonas, Cryptosporidium, E. Coli, Shigella, etc., they can also create a breeding ground for mosquitoes other pests and diseases that they can carry what represents a risk not only for bathers, but for the whole community in general.
As children and families across the country are asked to reduce external contact or even take shelter at home and with gyms and other public facilities closing, the backyard pool offers the ideal way for families to get involved with a focus on their health and well being.
We closed this letter asking for protection for our family, for the family of our customers and employees. Likewise, we ask for protection at work and we appreciate the opportunity to keep our work in such a delicate moment.
